DAY 1, April 5th

Understanding Your Hormonal Advantages

We’ll talk about how to be aware of your body’s second biological clock – the infraradian rhythm! You’ll learn how to access your body’s science and signals for your optimal health and energy align with and act on your body’s patterns.


DAY 2, April 6th

Food for Your Phase

On the second day we’ll cook a meal which you can eat for one of your four phases. The courgette pasta salad is simple to make and tastes delicious. It’s a great dish to make ahead of time and keep in the fridge until ready to serve. I love to enjoy it on the side of a big spread of food, it’s ideal for BBQs in the sun or packed lunches.

DAY 3, April 7th

Seated Desk Stretch

On the third day we’ll do a seated desk stretch. This is a great stretch you can do at your desk (or anywhere you’re seated) if you’re feeling tight and want to move the body to feel great. It takes only 10 min for this exercise.

Welcome to my slice of the universe! I am a nutrition coach and passionate about helping women like you remember how powerful you are. I know how it is to be on the other side of the fence!

Before I’ve decided to become a nutrition coach, I spent almost two years working as a language teacher in Zurich, Switzerland.

In 2018 after being diagnosed with osteoporosis, I decided to change my nutrition. I started not only with a plant-based diet, but I also started eating according to my cycle. Since then, I get regular cycles without pain, my energy has increased, and I’m not getting bloated anymore.

In my free time, you’ll find me playing tennis, traveling, or reading a non-fiction book.
